Red Tail Entertainment is a National live entertainment company, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The company is organized around a producing division, Red Tail Productions, and a live entertainment promotion company, Red Tail Live!
Then CEO Phil Drayer's interest in family attractions lead him to establish Red Tail Entertainment, a producer of a wide range of spectacular live shows including the Broadway hit, A Night with Janis Joplin whose title performer, Mary Bridget Davies was honored with a Tony Award Nomination. He is the North American producer for the interactive family show Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo Live which just completed a 150-city tour of the US and Canada, and he is a member of the producing team of the National tour of Scooby Doo Live! Musical Mysteries.
Fresh off of his assignment as Vice President of Entertainment, Marc Engel and Phil Drayer met in the summer of 2013 and the two soon concocted the plan to create concert promoter, 35 Concerts, which had as its initial focus the cities and venues centered along Interstate 35 between Minneapolis and San Antonio, but soon found itself working in cities from California to the Mid-Atlantic. After five years of operations, Phil and Marc merged the two individual companies with their parent, and it now operates as the promotions division as Red Tail Live!
In the early days,'Live' concentrated almost exclusively on music concerts featuring heritage artists with 20+ year concert and recording careers including Tony Bennett, Merle Haggard, The Beach Boys, and Harry Connick, Jr. Today, the company has expanded into a large variety of shows including family-friendly titles like PJ Masks, The Wild Kratts, and Disney Jr. Dance Party, some non-traditional attractions like Brain Candy Live and Dan & Phil Interactive Introverts, and Broadway Musicals like The Wizard of Oz, Stomp! Cinderella, and Cirque Dreams Holidaze.
