Red Tail Entertainment began presenting a limited number of concerts in 2013 as 35 Concerts and has since grown into a formidable boutique company operating in all facets of the live entertainment experience -promotion, production, marketing, and general management. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Red Tail has established itself as one of the industry’s Top 100 presenters with sold out engagements for Tony Bennet, Harry Connick, Jr., Steve Martin & Martin Short, The Wild Kratts, Hip Hop Nutcracker, Cirque Dreams Holidaze  and many more.

The company has continued to expand and grow, becoming a leader in producing unique live events.  In addition to Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol, the company produces tours of Double Dare Live!, Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo Live, Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure, and Lazed and Confused: The 420 Laser Experience. As live events change, audiences grow and new artists emerge – Red Tail Entertainment continues to soar.

Phil Drayer

Philip Drayer

Philip has been a key player in the high technology industry for over thirty years.  He was named Top CEO by Morgan Stanley Ventures in Silicon Valley in 2000, and one of his companies was named as one of Forbes Top 50 Best Run Companies in the U.S.  Mr. Drayer’s philanthropic endeavors include seven years as an executive board member of the Dallas Symphony, and as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer, He served twelve years on the Lamar University Foundation, the Engineering Advisory Council and the electrical engineering department at Lamar bears his name.  Mr. and Mrs. Drayer were key in the establishment of the Karen C. Drayer Wild Life Health Center at the University of California, Davis, which has the number one Veterinary School in the US.

Marc Engel

Marc is a venue management and live entertainment industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in the management and programming of theaters and performing arts centers.  His career includes high profile management assignments in internationally recognized venues including Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth, the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, and the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Engel has promoted concerts in theaters and arenas in over 100 US Cities.  As President of Red Tail Entertainment Marc assembled a team of highly experienced industry professionals to manage booking, marketing and production, and to coordinate the various aspects of live entertainment presentation in the US and three Canadian provinces.

David Denson

David Denson
Vice President/Producer

David’s professional background includes assignments with the Theatre Communications Group in New York, the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs running the City’s performance venues, and most recently with the AT&T Performing Arts Center as director of programming, and producer of the Center’s Elevator Project series. His work has been described as “groundbreaking” for the Dallas performing arts community. He received his BFA in performance from East Carolina University and his MFA in directing from Southern Methodist University.

Scott Strong

Scott has been in the entertainment and media industry over 30 years marketing live events, movies, radio and television.  Events include Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi, Kelly Clarkson, The Smothers Brothers, Ozzfest, The Wild Kratts, River City Rockfest, The Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular and various radio festivals throughout the country. His work in the broadcasting field in programming, marketing and consulting included Susquehanna Radio Dallas, KSHE FM (St. Louis, Mo.) and WMMS FM (Cleveland, Ohio).  Strong is a Marconi and National Association of Broadcast awards recipient.

Coralee Macias

Operations Manager/Line Producer

Coralee’s passion for performing arts began in Dallas as a dancer at Booker T. Washington HSPVA where an early internship with TITAS/Dance Unbound taught her the value of thoughtful arts administration and led her to positions at the AT&T Performing Arts Center where she worked her way up from Programming Assistant to Coordinator to Associate. In her time at the AT&T Performing Arts Center she oversaw all venue calendars and rentals. She also coordinated local artist development and the presentation of new works. Coralee is a proud member of the of the Association of Performing Arts Professional’s Emerging Leadership Institute class of 2020.

Dylan Keville

Dylan Keville
Programming Manager

Dylan has been with Red Tail Entertainment for over 2 years assisting with event programming, marketing, and digital media engagement. Through relationships with venues, event promoters, and agents, he has contributed to the development of Red Tail Entertainment’s portfolio of product offerings, as well as, assisting with marketing plans for events in the United States and Canada. Dylan attended the University of North Texas and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, then furthered his education by attending Texas A&M University in College Station, TX to obtain a Master of Science degree in Sport Management.

Madison Armstrong

Madison joined Red Tail Entertainment as the Productions Intern in 2019. After graduating with a BA in Theatre from the University of North Texas, she went on to join Red Tail full time as the Productions Coordinator. Accolades include being an honors college member, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and starting her own theatre company with 3 successful productions completed.
